Experienced Accountant
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced accountant who would like the opportunity for growth and advancement in a professional, yet casual work environment. The person we are seeking should have at least 3 years of public accounting experience in the following areas:
Financial statement compliations and reviews
Preparation of individual, partnership, corporation and trust tax returns
Tax planning and research
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in accounting
*Minimum 3 years experience in public accounting
*CPA designation or a CPA candidate
In addition to the above requirements, it would be helpful if:
*You are comfortable in a paperless environment
*You have experience working with ProFx tax software and Creative Soulutions accounting software
*You are an effective communicator with above average verbal and written skills
*You are able to multi-task and meet deadlines

Part Time Accountant/Bookkeeper
Job description:
We are seeking part-time experienced accountant or bookkeeper who has previously worked at a public accounting firm. It is imperative that you have previous experience at a public accounting firm in order to be considered for this position. This is a unique part-time position. you wold be working approxmately 10-12 consecutive business days per month from 8:30 to 5:00. typically, you would be asked to start around the 3rd to the 5th of the month and would be finished before the 25th.
Job description:
The open position requires that you to be able to prepare monthly financial statements. This means that you must be able to record sales, deposits, payroll and disbursements, as well as make accruals and reconcile bank statements. Once this process is complete, you must be able to review the financial statements, which would include a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, as well as selected financial ratios. A basic understanding of the asset depreciation rules would be helpful.
We use Creative Solutions accounting software at our office. Knowledge of this software would be helpful in being considered for this position. other software you might be required to use includes Quickbooks, BNA Fixed Asset Depreciation and Excel. We are "paperless" firm meaning that you will be working extensively on your computer using dual monitors.

Senior Accountant or Manager
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced accountant who has previously worked at a public accounting firm. The level of candidate we are seeking for this position should have reached the position of "Senior Staff Accountant" or "Manager."
We prepare approximately 400 sets of financial statements each month and we need a knowledgeable, reliable professional to help us meet this goal in a timely manner. If you know your way around accounting software packages (Creative Solutions and QuickBooks would be a plus) as well as Microsoft Excel, and have experience working with general ledgers and/or write-up work - you would be qualified for this position. Ultimately, you would be responsible for training, overseeing and reviewing the work of staff accountants, as well as communicating with firm clients.
Knowledge of the tax law and prior experience preparing individual, business and trust tax is also required for this position. You will be involved in planning, tax return preparation, consultative services and other special projects. The ability to recognize tax issues and resolve them on your own will be a key towards your advancement within our firm.
