Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper

CTM CPAs & Business Advisors is interested in hiring a PART-TIME Accountant to work with our Quick Service Restaurant clients.

We are in need of friendly and detailed-oriented individual with prior public accounting experience.

Do you have the following experience:

• Preparing monthly financial statements, including recording sales, deposits, payroll and disbursements;
• Reviewing financial statements, which includes a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, as well as selected financial ratios;
• Making accruals and reconciling bank statements;
• Reconciling cashless and credit card accounts; and
• Familiarity with asset depreciation.

Have you used Accounting CS software? Knowledge of this software is a plus!

Familiarity with QuickBooks, BNA Fixed Asset Depreciation, CCH Planner, CCH Axcess and Excel is also very helpful!
